I love my palettes!!!!! Got them as gifts for my friends and myself for graduating. I will definitely purchase again. I wish there were more color choices, and 3 of my colors arrived cracked. Hoping to get those replaced!

Very impressed with the makeup quality!
I ordered one of their standard x8 eye shadow palettes and was not sure what to expect quality wise but I was super impressed with how pigmented they were and I absolutely love that fact you get to customise the palette! Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Great Response, Very Attentive to Details
I ordered a custom palette in early April from the US, and haven't received any updates from when it shipped until early June. It looked like my package was lost somewhere in Germany, so I reached out to customer service to see if they can provide more info. Cindy was extremely helpful in tracking down the information, and offered a replacement or refund for the inconvenience. As luck would have it, my palette was finally delivered after two months from the post, and I love it so much! I really appreciate Cindy and the team with their quick responses, and attention to customer service. Will definitely purchase from Beautonomy again!

Here’s my honest review
I can’t say anything about the quality of the eyeshadow itself since I gave it to my friend as a gift. That being said, the quality of the palette itself was nice and you can take out old swatches and replace them with new ones if you don’t like the color. You can recycle the eyeshadow holders when you’re done with them and reuse the palette which is great for preventing waste. The estimated arrival time I was given was incorrect, but the customer service was extremely nice in making sure I knew where my package was and when I was getting it. 10/10 would recommend as a thoughtful gift.

To the palette is clearly nothing to be exposed, I just imagined the mirror a little bigger. I had a problem because I didn’t get a tracking number. The customer service was super helpful and I got quick feedback! Can I only recommend!

The first pallet that came in was a bit off but they were quick to get back to me to have it fixed. It took a while to get here but I blame the postal service for that. The corrected pallet is beautiful and the colors are great.

Amazing customer service
My palettes are amazing and such good quality. Delivery took long because of my postal office but the customer service was AMAZING and so helpful. Would definitely recommend if you can wait a few months to receive your product. Worth the wait in my opinion ☺️

I ordered the custom palette. It arrived within weeks and was absolutely gorgeous- not to mention personal and fun. In addition, customer service was absolutely incredible. Highly, highly recommend!
I loved it but a few pointers and info
I loved it ! It was printed beautifully! However it is smaller than I thought no big deal on my end though. If you are planning to buy you should keep in mind that it ships from Germany and does take a while. I had trouble with shipping and tracking of my package for close to a month. I contacted them and they gave me as much information as possible which was really helpful and distressed me a little. One of the shadows didn’t really fit but it’s fine. The shadows are fine not the most pigmented. Fine or okay I would say . I bought it more for the personalized case which I thought was great. If you are thinking about buying it I would recommend it, it’s a really cool way of personalizing something. Just some tips of you would like to buy.
1- if not satisfied with the modifications or customizations that the websites offer I personally edited the picture with another app and that really helped.
2- keep in mind it’s a long ways travel. So give your self at least a month to receive the item at least in Cali that how long it took.
3- there is a international shipping cost.
4- smaller than it appears
5- the Shadows come in individual packaging(minor detail)
So yeah hope this helps anyone that wants to buy! And keep in mind guys they are not responsible for shipping times I know it can get frustrating but that more or less comes to postal services which are backed up and short staffed due to COVID just keep that in mind ?. But loved the personalized magnetic pallet case lovely and the customer service was wonderful and kind. I greatly appreciated the updates and Info.

Love the people working here! They are super nice and responsive. I initially left a bad review because my package was lost in the mail and I was not going to receive a refund. However, after contacting them they worked this out with me and agreed to resend my order! As a small company, it was very generous of them to do this for me, and I truly appreciate it. Even though my initial experience was not the best, everyone I contacted was very professional and understanding. They reached out to the courier for me and kept me updated in every step of the process. I can't wait for my order to get here!
